Alec Tibaldi was born in Australia and has lived in Rome, New York and Los Angeles. He attended the prestigious LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts in New York and has studied at Stella Adler Studios and The Lee Strasberg Institute. His feature film directorial debut, Spiral Farm, premiered in narrative competition at the Slamdance Film Festival in January 2019 and had it’s European Premiere at Taormina Film Festival in Italy, where it won the grand jury prize. Spiral Farm stars Piper de Palma (in her debut) and Amanda Plummer (Pulp Fiction) and was released by Indican Pictures in December 2019. Alec’s short films have played at film festivals around the world, including the Oscar Qualifying Rhode Island International Film Festival.
