Thrilled to announce that Bogdan Muresanu’s animated short film THE MAGICIAN has won the gold medal at the 16th Film Olympiad Grand Prix in Greece.

THE MAGICIAN is Bogdan Muresanu’s new project. A charismatic leading figure in the new wave of Romanian cinema, he won the European Film Academy Award and was also shortlisted for the Oscars.

THE MAGICIAN had its world premiere at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in France.

Since then, it has been selected for almost a hundred film festivals, including those that qualify films for the Hollywood Oscars and the EFAs.
