The new edition of Leiria Film Fest kicks off in Portugal, where Romanian Sebastian Voinea presents the short film BORDERS, splendid tragicomedy produced by Kinotopia, the European Film Academy Award Company ‘Cadoul de Craciun’.

The screening will be World Premiere.
