Tremendously happy and excited to announce that Vietnamese Director Việt Vũ and Uzbeks Rustam Khalikov will open the new edition of the Santander International Film Festival, Colombia, with their two short films: The Eternal Springtime and Return.

The festival will take place from February 21 to 25 in the historic city of Santander.
