Soot On graduated as a director and actor from the Mongolian University of Culture and Arts.
He has acted in films and theatre roles and also works regularly as an assistant director on films.

In 2022, he made his directorial debut with Déjà Vu winning the Grand Jury Prize at the Ger de Oro International Film Festival.

This year, he presents When Will It Snow, winning the Mailuki Films Distribution Film Award at the Golden Ger International Film Festival.
