Rustam Khalikov is a native of the city of Kagan, Bukhara region, Uzbekistan.
In 2010 He graduated from the Tashkent Automobile Road Institute, specializing in automobile construction.
Before training as a Director, He worked as a manager at a family dairy farm.
In 2020 He graduated from the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan, specializing in Film and Television Director.
The film “Return” is his graduation work.
