Alexandra Debricon is a French-born filmmaker and editor based in New York City. After graduation from the University of Paris VIII with a BA in Film and Television, she moved to New York for an intensive film production workshop at NYU. She has worked as an assistant director for feature films and commercials, and as an editor on projects for the National Football League, Siemens, Saturday Night Live, General Electric and Nike. “Close Your Eyes”, a short directed by Sonia Malfa and edited by Debricon, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2013. Her directorial debut, A Gringo Honeymoon, has won many awards and nominations (HollyShorts Film Festival, Aesthetica Short Film Festival, Madrid International Film Festival, Queens International Film Festival).
