Thrilled to announce that Alex Mola has been nominated for Best Actor at the 3rd annual New Bedford Film Festival, Massachusetts, for his outstanding performance in the short film CINCO, directed by Diego Gardo and Víctor Candela.

Victor Candela has also been nominated for Best Editing.

CINCO premiered worldwide at the Tirana International Film Festival in Albania, a qualifying event for the Hollywood Oscars and the EFA European Film Awards.

Since then, it has competed in the official selection of almost thirty film festivals around the world.

In Spain, it premiered at the Madrid Film Festival and the Cullera Kalidoscopi Film Festival. These are qualifying events for the Goya Awards, organized each year by the Spanish Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

CINCO is the debut film by Diego Gardo and Víctor Candela. These two young professionals work throughout Europe as director of photography and editor, respectively, and are making their directorial debut with this successful production.
