Thrilled to announce that the animation short film Magicianul by Bogdan Muresanu has been selected in ANIMAC 2026/ Mostra Internacional de Cinema d’Animació de Catalunya, Lleida.

The fest will be taken from 19 to 22 of February in Lleida (Spain). 

Magicianul, aka The Magician, will be included in the official section and it is elegible for the Futur Talent audience award. Will be programed in official venues and dates of the Festival.

The Magician premiered worldwide at the prestigious Annecy International Animation Film Festival in France.
Since then, it has competed in the official section of countless Hollywood Oscar qualifying festivals in Europe, Asia, and America.

The Magician is a co-production between Romania, Croatia and France directed by the renowned Bogdan Muresanu. Winner of the EFA European Film Academy Award and FINALIST at the Hollywood Oscars with his previous short film.
