• When will it snow? by Soot On, Mongolia

Among hundreds of submissions, this two great shorts were selected for the annual festival spanning six great days from July 22 – 27, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas.

Films will be screened in downtown San Antonio at the Tobin Center, the Radius Center & Malu & Carlos Alvarez Theater (Texas Public Radio Screen).

The six-day festival celebrates selected independent short and feature-length films from all around the globe! 

Both shorts have been nominated for the Festival awards.
