Thrilled to announce that the short film The Masterpiece, by Spanish director Àlex Lora Cercos, won Best International Short Film Award at the 1st annual HollyShorts London Film Festival, UK.

It is the umpteenth success for this original idea by Lluis Quilez that aspires to the season’s major awards.

The Masterpiece, aka La Gran Obra, was premiered and awarded with the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance Film Festival.

Since then, it has been selected in countless international film festivals.

The Masterpiece is a production by Euphoria Productions in coproduction with Calabaza Films, Filmakers Monkeys and Àlex Lora Cercos.

Manel Aguado is the Cinematographer and Alfonso Amador & Lluis Quilez are the writers.
