Thrilled to announce that the short film The Masterpiece , by Alex Lora Cercos, is FINALIST in the 23rd edition of the Route 66 International Film Festival, Springfield, Illinois.

The screening will be on November 1 & 2 at the renovated Hoogland Center for the Arts, Springfield.

The Masterpiece, an original idea by Lluis Quilez, was premiered and awarded at Sundance Film Festival, USA; Raindance Film Festival, UK; Melbourne International Film Festival, Australia; and Galway Film Festival, Ireland. 

The Masterpiece is a production by Euphoria Productions in coproduction with Calabaza Films, Filmakers Monkeys and Álex Lora Cercos.

Manel Aguado is the Cinematographer and Alfonso Amador & Lluis Quilez are the writers.

Melina Metthews, Babou Cham, Adam Norou and Daniel Grao are the stars.
