Thrilled to announce that the short film “The Masterpiece”, by Àlex Lora Cercos, has been selected to be part of the Official Selection of Sulmona International Film Festival (SIFF) in the INTERNATIONAL SHORTS CATEGORY.

The Sulmona International Film Festival will take place on November 6-9, 2024 at the Cinema Pacifico (via Roma 27, 67039 Sulmona).

In ancient times, Sulmona was one of the most important cities of the Paeligni and is well known for being the birthplace of Ovidio.

The Masterpiece was premiered and awarded at Sundance Film Festival, USA; Raindance Film Festival, UK; Melbourne International Film Festival, Australia; and Galway Film Festival, Ireland. 

The Masterpiece is a production by Euphoria Productions in coproduction with Calabaza Films, Filmakers Monkeys and Álex Lora Cercos.

Manel Aguado is the Cinematographer and Alfonso Amador & Lluis Quilez are the writers.

Melina Metthews, Babou Cham, Adam Norou and Daniel Grao are the stars.
