Thrilled to announce that the short film The Masterpiece, by Álex Lora Cercos, has been selected for the PÖFF Shorts Competition section: International Live-action Competition.

It is the umpteenth qualifying festival for the Hollywood Oscars and the European Film Awards that selects this original idea by producer Lluis Quilez.

The Masterpiece was premiered and awarded at Sundance Film Festival, USA; Raindance Film Festival, UK; Melbourne International Film Festival, Australia; and Galway Film Festival, Ireland.

The Masterpiece is a production by Euphoria Productions in coproduction with Calabaza Films, Filmakers Monkeys and Álex Lora Cercos.

Manel Aguado is the Cinematographer and Alfonso Amador & Lluis Quilez are the writers.

Melina Metthews, Babou Cham, Adam Norou and Daniel Grao are the stars.
