Thrilled to announce that the short film The Masterpiece, by Àlex Lora Cercos, has been nominated in the Best Short competition at the 44th Hawai’i International Film Festival presented by Halekulani (HIFF44). 

It is the umpteenth Hollywood Oscars Qualifying Festival where this original idea by the also Producer Lluis Quilez is recognised.

The Masterpiece, aka La Gran Obra, was premiered and awarded at Sundance Film Festival, USA; Melbourne International Film Festival, Australia; and Raindance Film Festival, United Kingdom

The Masterpiece is a production by Euphoria Productions in coproduction with Calabaza Films, Filmakers Monkeys and Àlex Lora Cercos.

Manel Aguado is the Cinematographer and Alfonso Amador & Lluis Quilez are the writers.

Melina Metthews, Babou Cham, Adam Norou and Daniel Grao are the stars.
