Thrilled to announce that the short film “The Masterpiece“, by Àlex Lora Cercos, has been selected to participate in the International Competition Section of the International Short Film Festival of Cyprus.

It is the umpteenth European Film Awards qualifying festival that selects this original idea by the also Producer Lluis Quilez.

The screening will take place on 12 October at the fabulous Rialto Theatre in Limassol.

The Masterpiece, aka La Gran Obra, was premiered and awarded at Sundance Film Festival, USA; Raindance Film Festival, UK; Galway International Film Festival, Ireland; and Melbourne International Film Festival, Australia.

The Masterpiece is a production by Euphoria Productions in coproduction with Calabaza Films, Filmakers Monkeys and Àlex Lora Cercos.

Manel Aguado is the Cinematographer and Alfonso Amador & Lluis Quilez are the writers.

Melina Metthews, Babou Cham, Adam Norou and Daniel Grao are the stars.
