Albanian film director Redi Mazi presented DORI, his new short film, at XXII Tirana International Film Festival.
Accompanied by his entire crew, it was a wonderful and unforgettable screening.
Now, he begins the conquest of the North American festival circuit.

Synopsis:
Dori is a 30-year-old boy with development disabilities.
He dreams of becoming an actor.
He knows by memory all Shakespeare plays, (he sings and dances Elvis Presley’s songs) and all his day is organized in function of possible meetings with producers, directors and actors who can introduce him in the theatre and film industry.

‘Dori’ was funded by the National Film Center in Albania, wining as the best short film project of the year.

Redi Mazi is an Albanian film director born in Tirana on 25th December 1981.
He graduated in Rome, Italy at Roma Tre University for DAMS (Discipline dell Arte, Musica e Spettacolo) in Film and Television, Bachelor degree and his Master studies in Television and Cinema Directing at the University of Arts in Tirana.
Redi Mazi is well known for a number of famous documentaries aired in the Albanian Public Tv channel where he works as a Documentary Director.
