Thrilled to announce that the short film The Masterpiece, by Àlex Lora Cercos, is an Official Selection at XXV Calgary International Film Festival, Canada 🇨🇦 which will take place September 19 – September 29.
It is the umpteenth festival qualifier for the Hollywood Oscars where this original idea by Lluis Quilez, the Producer, has been selected to compete.

The Masterpiece was premiered and awarded at Sundance Film Festival, USA; Raindance Film Festival, UK; Melbourne International Film Festival, Australia; and Galway Film Festival, Ireland.

Alfonso Amador and Lluis Quilez are the writers.

Manel Aguado is the DOP.

Babou Cham, Adam Norou, Melina Metthews and Daniel Grao are the stars.
Euphoria Productions produces the film in coproduction with Calabaza Films, Filmakers Monkeys and Àlex Lora Cercos.
