The new edition of the Brussels Short Film Festival kicks off in Belgium, where the Spanish Àlex Lora competes with his tremendous hit The Masterpiece.

It is the umpteenth qualifying film event for the Hollywood Oscars that selects this film produced by Euphoria Productions in co-production with Calabaza Films, Filmakers Monkeys and Àlex Lora.

The Masterpiece was premiered and awarded with the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance Film Festival, USA.

The Masterpiece is an original idea by the also producer Lluis Quilez. A screenplay by Alfonso Amador and Lluis Quilez.
