The thirteenth edition of the Aesthetica Short Film Festival has ended in York, United Kingdom, where the Portuguese Director, Guilherme Daniel, competed with his hit film Applause.

The Aesthetica Short Film Festival is a qualifying film event for the BAFTA Awards.

Applause was premiered at Hollywood Oscars Qualifying Tampere Film Festival and Tirana International Film Festival.
