Last week was held in Espinho the XIX edition of the FEST New Directors, New Films Festival where the short film APLAUSO, by the Portuguese Guilherme Daniel was NOMINATED for the National Grand Prize.

Happily, this magnificent short film has been recognized with the Jury’s Special Mention.

APLAUSO was premiered earlier this year at the Tampere Film Festival, Finland, a qualifying event for the Hollywood Oscars, and since then it has triumphed in the international film festival circuit.
