PLANOS – Tomar International Short Film Festival, is an event that has been held since 2016 and whose sixth edition takes place in November 2022, at historic Cine-Teatro Paraíso in Tomar.
Besim Ugzmajli confirms that he will travel to Portugal to personally present his film Ditë e Kuqe in competition.
